In accordance with the current Articles of Incorporation, and with the Investment Trust and Investment Corporation Act of Japan, certain matters regarding NAF (such as resolutions on amendments of current Articles of Incorporation, and change of Executive Directors and Supervisory Directors etc.,) are put on discussion at General Meeting of Unitholders.
The General Meeting of Unitholders is held in one of the 23 wards of Tokyo more than once in every two years.

・Article 34, Paragraph 5 of NAF's Articles of Incorporation states that NAF shall be released from its obligations to pay distributions which are not received for the full three-year period after the date distribution payments commence.
